WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

• You manage an agreed SLA (Service level agreement) in Payroll & People as well as Attendance systems.
• You prepare or update application documentation and maintain it according to company's standards.
• You train or support training of users and you reply to user queries.
• You analyze and recognize users' needs, existing processes and I report problems concerning the system and interfaces to recommend and provide solutions for effective support and the optimal system usage.
• You communicate with system suppliers, Finance Department and closely cooperate with Technology team.
• You create user accesses to people systems for Hungary according to data security regulations and company policies.
• You deal with requirements from management and prepare ad hoc reports.
• You prepare basic control reports from Payroll & People systems.
• You provide data control in system and propose solution and solve any irregularity found.

Požadované zručnosti a kvalifikácia

• English proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) level.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in an HR system-related position.
• Educated IT specialist or experienced super user of IT-related systems/databases (advantageous).
• Knowledge of Labor Code, payroll legislation, and personnel methodologies in Hungary.
• Understanding of GDPR guidelines and practices.
• Good analytical skills and logical thinking.
• Familiarity with TESCO systems is an advantage.
• Process knowledge and Systematic approach.
• Experience in process coaching.
