Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities:

• You are responsible for management of new projects
  
  
• You create the structure, time schedule, project and other project documentation
  
  
• You check the adherence to project plan and report it to the highest management
  
  
• You arrange and manage meetings with other R&D departments and assembly
  
  
• You do decision-making, direct communication with customers
  
  
• You do negotiation between departments
  
  
• You do crisis management
  
  
• Depending on the project, you will be required to travel approximately 50% of your time (mostly to our HQ in Roding)
