Project Officer

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Officer to join our team at the European Labour Authority (ELA).Key Responsibilities
• Launching exploratory work on a remuneration calculator, including identifying existing initiatives and analyzing their working mechanisms.
• Mapping remuneration and its mandatory elements for posted workers in the Member States, including collective agreements.
• Liaising with stakeholders, including national administration officials, social partners, and EU bodies.
• Liaising with contractors and ICT services at ELA and the European Commission.
• Drafting background and working documents, concept papers, notes, briefings, and presentations.
• Organizing review and validation of documents and ensuring the required follow-up.
• Monitoring, reporting, and evaluating project activities.
• Contributing to the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of meetings of ELA’s Working Group on Information.
• Contributing to the development of ELA’s work program in the field of Information and Services.
• Other activities as assigned by the Head of Sector or Head of Unit.

• Previous work experience (1-3 years) requested in the field of labour policy as analyst/researcher
• Excellent/Proficient command of the English language (C1 Level based on the Common Framework of Reference Languages).
• Computer literacy, with particular proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office, and Internet usage.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a multi-cultural environment, and to multi-task effectively.
• Strong team working spirit and the ability to contribute to a positive working environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
