POPIS PRÁCE

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage smooth operations across onboarding, induction, leave management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coaching employees and line managers while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards.

- Oversee and manage the onboarding and induction process for new employees.

- Manage and administer leave of absence situations of all kinds, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.

- Conduct and facilitate offboarding discussions to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees

- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and concerns on the designated areas.

- Maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with various departments to implement and enhance HR policies and procedures. Provide insights for continuous improvementthrough Automation & AI Integration

- Participate on HR projects related to I&D

POŽIADAVKY

Sent us your CV if you meet these requirements:

- University degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in HR roles with exposure to generalist responsibilities.

- Advanced level of English

- Strong knowledge of Slovak employment law, GDPR with hands-on experience in applying it.

- Strong organizational, communication skills, problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
