Job description, responsibilities and duties

• You will supervise and lead multiple teams of mechanical designers
  
  
• You will be responsible for development of employees skills and knowledge
  
  
• You will participate in the development of the R&D department and in international company strategy
  
  
• You will analyze requirements for research and development of new inquiries
  
  
• You will be responsible for fulfilling of technical specification and work process
  
  
• You will use SAP and SolidWorks daily
  
  
• You will develop and improve high tech automatic production lines and single purpose machines
  
  
• You will be responsible for continuous improvement of specific product portfolio
  
  
• You will have opportunity to set up new industry standards and trends
