Your scope of duties

• contact with the client and taking care of good relations, fulfilling the client's requirements,

• building, maintaining and developing partnership relations with the client,

• ensuring efficient flow of information between "Client -> Operations"

• implementing initiatives and innovative ideas aimed at optimizing processes and introducing best practices at the clients’ sites,

• maintaining applicable quality standards at facilities,

• cooperation with facility teams (cleaning service, reception and administration) and planning tasks at facilities,

• contact with suppliers, placing and supervising orders,

• implementation of current activities and requirements of the operational plan,

• responsibility for regular communication with the team, ongoing evaluation of the work of subordinate employees at the facility,

• responsibility for recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees,

• preparation of reports, statistics and presentations,

• responsibility for budget control at facilities.

Our requirements

• experience in a similar position in facility management segment,

• experience in cleaning services,

• good organization of work, focus on achieving internal goals and customer requirements,

• computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Word),

• conscientiousness, honesty,

• personal culture,

• communication skills,

• willingness to work in task-oriented working hours,

• English at a communicative level of at least B1 - used for contacts with customers,

• driving license category B.
