CE Privacy Compliance Manager (Fixed term - Maternity coverage)
HOW IS WORKING IN THE LEGAL TEAM SPECIAL?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive data protection and privacy strategy in line with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact within the organization for data protection and privacy issues, both internally and externally.
- Advise and guide the organization on data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and oversee their completion.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to data protection.
- Liaise with the supervisory authority on data protection matters.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in data protection laws and regulations, ensuring that the company's policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
- Manage and respond to inquiries from data subjects regarding their rights under GDPR.

REQUIREMENTS:Please send us your CV in English language
- Professional experience, proven track record of privacy experience (minimum 3 years)
- Proven track record as a Data Protection Officer is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of GDPR and other data protection laws; knowledge and understanding of related fields of law.
- Strong understanding of data protection principles and market practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certification (e. g. , CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT) is a plus.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
