CE Head of Corporate Security & Business Resilience
WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
- Ensure businesses across the region are compliant to Business Resilience and Fraud Risk Management Blueprint.
- Ensure that all workplace investigations are conducted in accordance with local legislation.
- Lead, coach and develop the Central European (CE) Corporate Security team.
- Promote values driven behaviour with the use of effective communication channels.
- Partner with CE stakeholders and provide pro-active advice, share expertise and promote best practices.
- Represent CE on the Security Council and partner with Group functions leads.
- Deliver assignments with highest professional standards, seek value add opportunities.
- Ensure simplicity and effectiveness of corporate security policies and procedures and maintain their compliance with Group security and resilience blueprints and standards.
- Develop and execute functional vision for business resilience, investigations and fraud management in line with applicable laws, regulations, Group policies and best industry practices. Drive ongoing development of functional standards.
- Ensure that business resilience standards in incident response, crisis management and business continuity management areas are implemented and managed properly to mitigate impact of major disruptions.
- Ensure effective loss prevention through fraud management including risk assessments, investigations and business intelligence.
- Ensure effective conduct of investigations including recommendations to prevent loss or behaviour non-compliant with company values or ethical standards.
- Ensure that Protector line processes are implemented and maintained on the highest level and in compliance with local legislation where applicable.
- Ensure that the department control function meets and follows the expected process for whistleblowing.
- Ensure mitigation of risks stemming from security threats, including financial loss or reputational harm, and new and emerging risks.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:- University education
- Legal, economic, business, security or law enforcement background preferred
- Professional experience of 5-6 years
- Upper-intermediate proficiency of English language (B2)
- People management

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Drafting documents and presentation skills

- Microsoft Office
