WHAT THE PROGRAMME IS ABOUT ON PRODUCT DEPARTMENT

Dive into the exciting world of product management with our graduate program. You'll gain hands-on experience across our diverse range of food and non-food categories. From product development to in-store placement, purchasing, supplier negotiations, and commercial planning, you'll be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle. Using data-driven insights, you'll evaluate product success, select items for promotional flyers, and make strategic decisions that delight our customers.

Požadované zručnosti a kvalifikácia

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, up to two years post-graduation.

• Experience: Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Logical thinking and a passion for data.

Attributes:

• Willingness to become a true expert and future leader with a passion for retail.

• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, empathetic, responsive, innovative, and collaborative.

• Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.

• Language: Good command of English (B2+ level) for daily communication with colleagues.
