POPIS PRÁCE

Daily Activities and Dealer Network:

- Contribute to planning and executing the business plan for CE.

- Support and report on Honda’s strategy for MC Parts & Merch, PP Parts.

- Forecasting and reporting.

- Manage and track CE Customer Department budget and targets.

- Set and track dealer sales targets and analyze results.

- Develop parts sales promotions and incentives with Marketing.

Launch commercial campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.

Analyze and maintain parts pricing for MC.

- Analyze NPS2 data for internal and customer service needs.

Manage daily operations based on KPIs with PDCA planning.

Support dealers with orders, backorders, and ETAs.

Monitor and manage dealers' credit limits.

- Handle CR cases reslated to parts.

The role will provide support towards management, department, dealers, and other stakeholders ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and guidance in relation to Honda’s business and services.

The role will work proactively to maximise the efficiency of systems and processes to help realize Customer Departments financial results.

Overall, the aim of the role is to maximize customer experience and achieve profitability targets through Honda Products and Services sales to Dealer Network and Customers.

POŽIADAVKY

- Experience in the aftersales service area with knowledge of automotive business.

- High level of MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

- University Degree is a must (Business or Engineering).

- TQM analysis capability

- English language skills - B2

- German language skills - B2

- Good communication and relationship skills – with internal and external contacts.
