We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at the European Labour Authority (ELA). This role involves a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our unit.Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support for unit activities.
• Assist in organizing files using SharePoint and ARES.
• Manage the unit’s Functional Mail Box and handle correspondence in ARES.
• Contribute to the organization of meetings, including logistical support, agenda preparation, document management, invitations, minutes, and follow-up.
• Provide administrative support for contract signing and payment processes.
• Assist in the creation of guidelines and compilation of statistics.
• Update documents, tables, and mailing lists.
• Perform other related tasks as requested by line management.
